Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at TPR BAKE SHOP. Because we sell perishable baked goods, refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled under the following terms.

No Refunds on Order

All sales are final once the order is confirmed and payment is received. Because our products are prepared fresh and made-to-order, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect order placed by customer

  • Late delivery (outside our control)

Defective or Incorrect Orders

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrives in:

  • Damaged condition

  • Wrong item

  • Missing items

Please report within 24 hours of receiving your order by contacting: tprbakeshop.info@gmail.com

Include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue

We will review your claim and may offer:

  • Replacement of defective items, OR

  • Store credit in the same amount

Refunds to original payment are not guaranteed and are issued only at our discretion.

How to Claim

To initiate a claim:

  1. Email us at tprbakeshop.info@gmail.com

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the issue

    • Description of the problem

  3. We will respond within 48 business hours.

No Returns

Due to the nature of perishable goods, returns are not accepted for any reason.
