Yes! We use Halal-certified ingredients in all our cookies.

Our cookies are best enjoyed on the day you receive them. You can store them at room temperature for up to 5 days, or longer if frozen.

We recommend reheating before eating, as New York style cookies have a completely different texture when warm, bringing out the best crisp exterior, and gooey centre.

Keep the cookies in an airtight container, away from heat and moisture.

• Oven: preheat oven to 160-170°C, heat for 2-4 minutes.
• Microwave: reheat in microwave for 10-15 seconds or till desired temperature.

Serve warm and enjoy. A cookie care guide will be included with every order.

We offer both Klang Valley delivery and West Malaysia shipping.

10am–12pm, 12pm–2pm, 2pm–4pm, or 4pm–6pm.

While we’ll do our best to match your selected timing, exact delivery times may vary due to traffic conditions.

We dispatch our orders every Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday to ensure your cookies arrive fresh and avoid weekend delays at courier hubs. For shipping orders placed after Wednesday midnight, we will ship them out the following week.

Shipping fee is RM8. Estimated delivery period is within 2–4 working days after dispatch.
