Our cookies are best enjoyed on the day you receive them. You can store them at room temperature for up to 5 days, but they’re best enjoyed within 2–3 days, or longer if frozen.

We recommend reheating before eating, as New York style cookies have a completely different texture when warm, bringing out the best crisp exterior, and gooey centre.

Keep the cookies in an airtight container, away from heat and moisture. A cookie care guide will be included with every order.

Orders are typically delivered via courier only.

We offer both Klang Valley delivery and West Malaysia shipping.

While we’ll do our best to match your selected timing, exact delivery times may vary due to traffic conditions.

We dispatch our orders every Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday to ensure your cookies arrive fresh and avoid weekend delays at courier hubs. After placing an order, your cookies will be freshly baked the next day and shipped out as soon as possible.

Shipping fee is RM8. Estimated delivery period is within 2–4 working days after dispatch.
